Majority of these images are more traditional art works I really prefer of doing before moving these designs into our digital layout. The style of the characters I’ve drawn on paper helps way more because it gives out that feeling of them being alive like real people. The story behind all of these traditional Artworks is all tied together into one inspiring concept idea I have for an Animated show. The title of the show will not be labeled here but I can tell you that I have a lot of ideas for it. I have a passion of making these drawings, I have written some stories and lore about each character to make them feel like they are a real being.
Main Cast of the story
These are the 4 characters you are introduced into the story of the series. In order their names are Hoshi (the main protagonist), Akira, Yumiko, and Sota. They are visual as a friend group in the starting point of the story series, they enjoy hanging out, spending time at gatherings, going to events that excites them. Any kind of friend group would wanna do that stuff. One thing I will point out is IGNORE the words that say trapped for 6 years, this drawing information has some info that is really old and that I scraped for a better reason. Also ignore the ages because their ages are also updated as well.
Hoshi
The main protagonist of the story, her age isn’t told at the beginning, she joined the Liberation Front Alliance 2 years ago. An Archangel a part of the ???? Species, her species aren’t actual angels, they’re just called that because humanity thinks they are, but they can still die. Hoshi was living among other angels but was later captured and taken as hostage, she was saved by Nanashi and the Liberators. She joined and was already a skilled fighter, she isn’t the first angel to join. There are other angels but the number is very low. More further into the story she was on a mission to hold off the enemy alongside with other comrades so a messenger can deliver news to a nation asking for help in the war since they have a common enemy. The nation given the message was the Hispanic Army Forces. Hoshi was injured in combat, lost consciousness and fell into the body waters. She later on was found by Serenity Citizens and was taken to the hospital where she was taken care of by a Doctor who later on becomes the husband of Hoshi and his name is Sōta Suzuki. At this time Hoshi has lost her memory due to the last combat she was in. She meets his family and friends which are Yumiko Fujino, Akira Hirota, and 3 others. Nanashi seeks out with a small team to find Hoshi and they do, but at an event they find her as 3 hidden enemy troopers one who is sent to assassinate Hoshi and anyone who steps in the way. Nanashi kills the assassin and one other trooper, and Hoshi kills the last one when they attempt to hurt one of her friends. Unfortunately one of these friends died from one of the attackers. Nanashi and his team explained everything and Hoshi remembers Nanashi but still has a lot of recollection to regain. Hoshi, Sōta, Yumiko, and Akira join the liberators and they were sent back to regroup at a hidden base the others are at. Overall Hoshi is a brave individual, has some PTSD, and is a symbol of the Liberation Front Alliance.
This is a sketch of Hoshi and Sota dancing together. in the story it does show how they build a bond amongst each other. They later on grow closer to each other and later on they become partners.
Nanashi
A 27 year old man apart of the Liberation Front Alliance. He is a leader to some of his comrades, and also a specialist trooper that has experienced many things. He is social, serious majority of the time in battles, almost died from a shotgun deflecting on half of his face, lost someone he loved, very broken inside but hides that away because his new reason is to fight with his comrades until the war is over. He will be important to the story since he’ll be tasked to take down powerful leaders in the enemy nation, and will show how one man who seems strong is destroyed in the inside of his soul.
Nanashi’s Lover
This is a drawing of their romantic interest, in the series she is mentioned a couple of times and at some point there would be a flashback scene Nanashi will witness. She was a leader, a strong fighter who refused to leave anyone left behind. Skilled at many roles, she was climbing the ranks of becoming a commander of a regiment. Her death is unknown but in a prequel season that would focus of her and Nanashi will show how she died.

Akira Hirota
A 23 year old woman who’s more interested in writing, novels, and more academic stuff. She’s quiet to herself but if someone talks to her she’s very social, she connects to people right away, if there is an issue she will think carefully to figure out solutions. She rather focuses on literal proof instead of lack of information. In the story she joins the Liberation Front Alliance alongside Hoshi, Sōta, and mainly Yumiko because even though she seems calm all the time she worries for her because she doesn’t want to lose her friend. In the story she will be a great member figuring out solutions in combat battles, and also help with setting up operations. In combat areas she will be scared of her life but she will focus on being calm instead of panicking.
Yumiko Fujino
A 21 year old woman who lives in the Serenity Safeguard nation, friends with Akira, Hoshi, Sōta, and two others. She is a very energetic person, very extroverted to others and is funny. When Hoshi is needed to go back to the Liberation Front Alliance she volunteers and asks to join Hoshi to the warzone. Yumiko doesn’t think about it twice and is innocent. Akira didn’t want to join but she joined and also warned Yumiko that joining a war is now a joke. When Yumiko joins the Liberation Front Alliance as time passes she starts to realize fast about how war is hell, at one moment she will experience killing someone for the first time. As the episodes pass she will lose her innocence and will slowly lose her personality and become a different person.
Sōta Suzuki
A 24 year old man who was a police officer when he was 20-22 years old, and became a doctor for his career. He’s straight forward, cares for others including the injured, very social, and consul meaning he’s always eager to help. He gets a patient of a woman who was found in the sea waters by a fishing boat, she was assigned to him so he can care for her. When she mostly recovered he takes her home where he lives with Akira and one other. In the story he joins the Liberation Front Alliance when Hoshi is needed back by her comrades and becomes a Medic Trooper in the group. He will find a reason to care and fight those who harm others and protect Hoshi.

The Enemy / Antagonists
These are the enemies in the story of the series. The main problem the characters will have to face is a nation they are fighting against called The Great Regime of the Divine, lead by a powerful leader who they call “The Overseer”.
Overseer Empire Military Branches
The Metropolitan Guard Service
- The MGS is a branch that focuses on protecting cities within the heartland of the empire and preventing resistance uprisings. They are the main security forces Incharge of keeping the heartland protected.
Divisions
- Rozzers
- Rozzers maintain public order, arrest, respond to emergencies, and make sure no one represents or supports an enemy force.
- Home Guard
- Act as a national guard force and protect the city from outside invasions, civil unrest, and other dangerous activities.
- Federal Reserve Corps
- They are In charge of keeping operations steady within their cities and territory of their nation. They are deployed to homes or certain areas alongside other Rozzer Units or Home Guard troopers if they are performing operations. They investigate crimes and rebels, and act as a home security system acting as government & intelligence as well.
The Unified Ground Forces
- The UGF is a military branch that acts as the Army and Marines altogether. They are the main military branch that fight on the battlefield and in other areas that are dangerous.

- The Frontliners
- The Frontliners are a military force a part of the Overseers Military Forces Incharge of fighting against the resistance and an enemy nation. They are the main fighting force sent in battle and war, typically the most recognizable branch in the Overseers Empire. They are the second most dominant ground forces in world
- The Skirmishers
- The Skirmishers are a group of trained soldiers that are tasked with fighting resistance members, enemy forces, or fighting the creatures from below. They fight far outside city areas and territory on selected operations they are tasked with. They also fight at many kinds of areas on the globe acting as a marine force. They are like the Frontliners but specialized in fighting.
- Overseer Special Forces
- The Overseer Special Forces are a group of elite highly trained selected members specialized in intense combat, special operations, and major battles. They show no mercy to the enemy and follow orders, they are the most deadly force and the most respected beings in the empire.
- The Overseer Guardians
- The Overseer Guardians is a hidden division that has beings called the Fallen Guardians, that have major trapped minds combined into one body. The Fallen Guardian wears the remains of a fallen angel that hardens after an angel dies (it’s a specific angel). They are the most powerful weapons in the Overseers Empire.
The Naval Fleet Air Corps
- The NFAC is a military branch Incharge of operating in the waters and sky. Working altogether you have a powerful force battling on the sea and the sky.

- The Naval Defense Force
- The Naval Defense Force is a navy division that is trained in fighting on sea waters. They operate many warships and other sea water equipment necessary for battling. They act as a communication network if ground soldiers or lost ships need communication.
- The Air Force
- The Air Force is a combination of Pilots and Paratroopers, they first have pilots operate many planes and air ships, and the Paratroopers are a group of troopers trained to deploy rapidly at certain areas when needed. Onboard the air ships there will be Navy Infantry and sometimes Frontliners onboard.
- The Naval Infantry
- The Naval Infantry is a fighting force specialized in fighting onboard enemy ships (or their own), fight on islands or coastlines, and fight onboard the air ships. They are an amphibious fighting force.
- The Shoreline Coast Guards
- The Shoreline Coast Guard is a group of troopers trained in defending the coastlines of the empire and defending coastal islands. They would alert a military force if they are getting attacked by an enemy force. Sometimes they also patrol in the city areas as well.
The Silent Seer & The Creatures from Below
The Silent Seer is an antagonist that is not mentioned a whole lot but he plays an important role in the story. He’s a being that is like a god for the creatures from below, he can see what is happening to specific people, he can’t see through everyone. He focuses on the main character Hoshi. He is waiting for the right moment to reveal himself to the world at the final season but at this moment he listens, watch, and waits. The way he watches is like this. Imagine there’s a scene where it shows the characters fighting and in the very far background there is a small detail, which is a man in a robe watching either in a dark spot, or somewhere far where no one realizes he is there. In the story one of the characters sees him and that character will freak out and go into an insane mental state of witnessing a being that has a level of consciences that no one has. Now for the creatures from below on the imagine where it shows a lifeless human being, that is an infected person and here is how it works. At first there’s this weird organic piece where the Parasite comes out of after it is born, the parasite has a beak like an octopus on the top of its body, and has these skinny thing legs it walks on. Its very flesh like and also disgusting. How it infects a living being is it doesn’t bite, instead it would stab through the stomach of any being, dig itself deeper into the stomach, then it opens its beak and release a unknown substance and spreads its skinny tentacles through the body which causes intense pain the the being. If you wanna know how deep it buries itself it would be half way of its body or more. it takes 10-15 seconds to take full control of the body, the being will have black veins appear, their eyes will fully black out, and the parasite will force the jaw wide open to be able to infect other people with a disease that kills them, not infect but kill them later on. The infected being has memories of the being and if they infected lets say like a soldier they would know how to use a gun. A weakpoint to kill them is where the Parasite buried itself, not the head and heres why. If anyone shot the infected with a headshot, “it will keep running towards you…” shooting the parasites burried spot is the way to kill them. now later on lets say months or years have passed by the infected will either A stay as an intelligent dead corpse, or B lose its intelligence and morph into a creature. If B they would conjoin with other parasites and become less looking like a corpse. A good example is the second image that is placed their. For animals is kinda hard to explain because animals have intelligence but not as high as a human being has. For conclusion I would say this kind of threat among the nations in the story is the most deadly and scary part of the stories.
